Iskra Park - Moscow
Cutting-edge technologies and classical traditions, strict, solemn and at the same time festive architectural style – these are the features of Iskra-Park residential complex in Moscow. The development is majestic and stately, reminding of Moscow of the 30-ies and 50-ies of the 20th century. Iskra-Park complex is located next to Leningradsky prospect.

Center of Artistic Gymnastics
On the territory of the Center, with an area of 23.5 thousand square meters, competitions in rhythmic gymnastics, training, recreation, health and cultural events will be held. In addition, premises, facilities for the media, VIP-boxes, a hotel for athletes, a medical and recovery center and other office premises for the full functioning of the Center are anticipated.
The object can accommodate 250 athletes. Its stands are designed for 4000 seats for spectators during competitions and for 2,500 visitors of cultural events.

Mercure Kaliningrad is a modern design hotel at the scenic Upper Pond where a busy city center meets a quiet German villas area, Soviet buildings meets Koenigsberg’s fieldworks.

The largest and state-of-the-art business center of Saint-Petersburg with an area of 400 thousand square meters and dominant height of 462 meters has become the highest building of Europe. The project combines modern eco friendly business offices and conference areas as well as conceptual public space.

Domodedovo airport
Area of Т2 Terminal of Domodedovo Airport is 235 thousand square meters, a seven-storey building, two storeys of which are located below the ground. The enhancement project is implemented within the current architectural concepts of the airport passenger terminal.

International airport Platov
The terminal with an area of 50,000 m2 with about 5 mln passengers per year is the largest infrastructure project of the Rostov Region. Construction was included in the Federal Program of Preparation for World Cup-2018 in Russia.

Otkrytie Arena
Otkrytie Arena is a home stadium of Spartak football club. The stadium of the 4th UEFA category, built in August, 2014, with a capacity of 45 thou. people and at the cost of 14.5 bln rubles.
